We are often asked how much a new roof would cost. Estimates can vary greatly however, for a classic up and over terraced roof, we would advise a new roof cost to be in the region of £4000 +vat.
This would include a total strip of the existing roof, laying of felt and batten then re-tile with concrete tiles including all needed lead work.
This price is based on a 50 meters square roof with easy access to rear garden, including scaffolding.
